Prepare and support executives and their families for international work assignments. Coaching is customised to leaders’ needs, using cultural assessment tools and country and industry-specific subject matter experts. Areas covered include understanding self, the national history and culture of the destination country, local business practices, organisational culture, global leadership, the cross-cultural transition process and daily living. • CQ Assessment and Debrief
Our online Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Cultural Values (CV) assessments measure an individual’s capability to work and relate effectively with people from different nationalities, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds.
A customised feedback report can be debriefed in person or virtually and includes a personal CQ development plan.
