Design and deliver highly interactive customised intercultural training for teams or organisations. Half-day to multiple days.

Assess organisational diversity and inclusion practices and develop strategies to enhance their effectiveness. Help organisations identify areas of strengths and weaknesses, implement best practices, and create a culture of inclusivity.
• Bias Workshop
Workshop to raise awareness about bias, promote inclusivity, and provide strategies to mitigate bias in various contexts, such as workplaces and educational institutions.

Coach leaders and employees to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in cultural complexity and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

• Expat Relocation
Prepare and support executives and their families for international work assignments. Coaching is customised to leaders’ needs, using cultural assessment tools and country and industry-specific subject matter experts. Areas covered include understanding self, the national history and culture of the destination country, local business practices, organisational culture, global leadership, the cross-cultural transition process and daily living. • CQ Assessment and Debrief
Our online Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Cultural Values (CV) assessments measure an individual’s capability to work and relate effectively with people from different nationalities, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds.
A customised feedback report can be debriefed in person or virtually and includes a personal CQ development plan.
