Reinhold Titus has over 20 years of experience as a professional intercultural trainer, coach, diversity and inclusion consultant, organisational leader and international speaker.

He was raised cross-culturally in Namibia and South Africa, has lived and worked in six different countries on four continents, travelled to over sixty countries and served on leadership teams in global organisations.

He served as Chief Strategy and Inclusion Officer in a global organisation. He was responsible for ensuring strategy and vision alignment and leading a team that developed an inclusion framework for the organisation. This involved extensive research, reviewing and rewriting organisational policies, systems, and processes, developing and facilitating intercultural training programs, and coaching leaders.

He developed and led a Global Leadership program for an international organisation that works in more than 100 countries and trained global executives and their families relocating on foreign work assignments.
