Thriving In Cultural Complexity
RT Cultures is headed by Reinhold Titus, who partners with global associates to deliver programs. He has over 20 years of experience as a professional intercultural trainer, leadership coach, expat relocation coach, diversity and inclusion consultant, and international speaker. He has lived in six countries on three continents and travelled to over sixty countries.
He brings over 20 years of experience as a professional intercultural trainer, leadership coach, expat relocation coach, diversity and inclusion consultant, and international speaker. Having lived in six countries across three continents and travelled to over sixty, he possesses extensive global organisational leadership experience. He designed and directed a Global Leadership program for an international organisation operating in over 100 countries.
He has held various organisational leadership roles, including Chief Strategy, Leadership Development, and Inclusion Officer in a global organisation. In this capacity, he ensured alignment with organisational strategy, developed and managed leadership development initiatives, and led a team in creating an inclusion framework. This work included in-depth research, revising organisational policies, systems, and processes, as well as developing and facilitating intercultural training programs and coaching leaders.
As a Relocation coach, he has trained hundreds of expats and their families relocating around the globe. He grew up as third-culture kid in a multicultural environment and has personally lived and worked in six countries across three continents, often accompanied by his family. This experience gives him deep insight into the joys and challenges of relocation, along with the mindset and skills essential for a smooth transition and success in foreign locations.
Curiosity has always been part of my DNA. It is part of what took me to over sixty different countries, including skydiving over the Namib desert, scuba diving in the Red Sea, mountain biking through the Neckar Valley in Germany, listening to a Bedouin elder singing folk songs while playing the single-stringed rabab in a Jordanian desert.

He holds a master’s degree, and his capstone project—a dissertation on “Fostering Globally Inclusive Organisations”—earned him a distinction. Passionate about fostering equity, he is dedicated to ensuring that all voices and contributions are heard and valued in discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion for societal thriving.
His global experience and deep theoretical knowledge profoundly influence his training, consulting, speaking, and coaching.
He is a qualified CQ ® Certified Facilitator and Unconscious Bias Train-the-Trainer Facilitator.
